1. The school is committed to Quality Promotion and to maintaining high quality teaching in itscentres, giving priority to the teaching of the Spanish language. It will apply the criteria established in the AEEA Quality Letter, with which it promises to comply completely. 

2. Each school agrees to present detailed and truthful written information of the services given by the centre, corresponding with that transmitted through any other media, as well as this Student Decalogue and the AEEA Quality Letter.     

 

3. Each centre will have an adequate system for evaluating the pupils' knowledge and will issue Certificates of studies and/or Diplomas to the students, which will allow them to take part in Official Exams.    

 

4. The teaching staff of the associated centres will be made up of certified personnel with specialised education or enough experience to be able to carry out their work properly. The centre will guarantee the existence of a methodology suitable to the pupils' needs, offering a variety of learning levels.      

 

5. All of the schools accept the internal procedures of AEEA for the resolution of controversies or claims that may be presented by the pupils, in relation with the services given by any of our associated centres. The students are guaranteed the right to submit any claims or complaints to the Student Defender, as established in the AEEA Quality Letter.    

 

6. The student will abide by the enrolment and cancellation rules of the school in which he or she enrols, as established in the General Conditions.    

 

7. The student will comply with The Behaviour Rules established by the school regarding classes and accommodation. If these are not fulfilled, the school has the right to act in consequence.    

 

8. In the case of complaints, the school procedures will be followed, or in the case that this solution doesn't satisfy, it will be taken before the Student Defender for resolution.     

 

9. The student should report any complaint to the school, in time to find a solution.  

 

10. It is obligatory, both on the part of students and school to comply with that stated in this Decalogue, in order to facilitate reaching quality targets and maintaining good relations between school and student.
